RAIN SPOILS NH, KENNY COMES BACK FOR STAFFORD TOP 10

Kenny Horton had high hopes for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, but Mother Nature had different plans for him.  Despite being 11th quickest of 35 cars in the opening practice session, Horton didn't get to race because rain washed out qualifying on Thursday and his team did not have any 2008 owner points yet.

Kenny rebounded Friday by finishing 10th in the SK Modified feature at Stafford.
